Wednesday 1st The Annual Show was held today. It rained a little in the morning, but it cleared up and was a fine day.
The “Rose Casey” and “Kapanui” made cheap excursion trips, about 150 passengers came by the two steamers. There was a very good Concert in the evening, talent we got from Auckland.
